How does payment work?
A non-refundable retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due before your proposal. We’ll outline everything clearly so there are no surprises—only magical ones. With your invoice you can also opt for a payment plan thru klarna.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know you’re ready to propose! Dates fill quickly, and the earlier we start, the more we can personalize the details to fit your vision.

Do you travel outside Kansas City?
Yes! While we’re based in the Midwest, we love helping couples create unforgettable moments wherever their story takes them. Travel fees may apply, but we’ll walk you through everything in advance.

Do you cover the cost of other vendors?
The cost of additional vendors—like florists, musicians, or private chefs—is not included in our packages. But here’s the good news: we’ll take care of sourcing, coordinating, and managing them for you so everything feels seamless. You won’t have to worry about research, scheduling, or communication—we’ll handle it all, and you’ll only pay their direct fees.
